This privacy policy explains how Bengo Tours and Travels ("Bengo Tours", "we", "us") handles information when you use this website.

This site has no server or database behind it — it's a static set of pages. The only information involved is whatever you choose to type into the contact form: your name, your travel dates, and any message you write.

When you submit the contact form, nothing is uploaded to us or stored anywhere. The form simply builds a WhatsApp message from what you typed and opens WhatsApp with that message ready to send. From that point on, you're sending us a normal WhatsApp message, which is handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy (WhatsApp is operated by Meta).

If you'd rather not use WhatsApp, you can reach us by phone using the number listed in the contact section instead.

Anything you send us via WhatsApp or phone is used only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, or manage your booking. We don't use it for marketing you haven't asked for, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.

This website does not use cookies, and it does not run any third-party analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated to say so before it happens.

We don't share your information with third parties, except where a booking genuinely requires it — for example, passing your name and passport details to the Uganda Wildlife Authority to issue a park permit in your name.

We keep booking-related conversations for as long as reasonably needed to deliver your trip and handle any after-the-fact questions, then delete them.

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you from a past enquiry or booking, and ask us to correct or delete it. Message us on WhatsApp or by phone to make that request.
